- Investor funds gets placed in a secure escrow account
- If you raise 100% of your target raise, the majority of the funds will be released to you (If you do not raise 100% of target raise, funds will be released back to investors)
- All company funds, including raised capital, get transferred over to SME’s partner bank in order to be integrated into SME proprietary business analytics platform
- Achieve milestones by the end of month 3 and receive the remainder of your raised funds

- Apply to as an Accredited or Unaccredited Investor
- Go through background check
- Get access to SME Marketplace with best-of-breed registered financial professionals that can provide meaningful consultation
- Get access to all SME startup deals
- Review the deals which is accompanied by a review from independent industry analysts
- Fund the startups you believe have captured a real opportunity
- Invested funds go into a escrow account until the complete target raise is achieved
- Get access to your company’s business analytics in real time to monitor it’s progress towards achieving set milestones
- At the end month 3, if milestones are not reached, you have the choice of partially recuperating your investment
- If milestones are met, the remainder of held funds will be released to the entrepreneur
- If you invested in equity, you return on investment may come in the forms of dividend payments, selling your shares on a secondary shares market (after 12-months of holding the securities), the company gets acquired and your shares are bought out, or the company applies to be listed on a public stock market, by filing for an Initial Public Offering (IPO)
