Afterwards, startups undergo a standard broker dealer review, which ensures the company’s legitimacy, and feasibility to offer it’s stock to potential investors.

We then identify an independent analyst, with expertise in the startup’s industry, to review the company’s application. The analyst will provide all investors with a rigorous analysis of the business, examining the venture’s strengths and weaknesses in several categories.

Finally, all startup entrepreneurs must undergo a business pitch interview that is webcast in real-time to all interested investors. Webcast pitch sessions will have a panel of seasoned startup investors, who will ask the entrepreneurs the tough questions for answers investors need to know.
